Due to the personalization of this business, your approval is our 'go ahead' with the order. Because of health and safety issues, candy that has been handled by the customer can not be returned and restocked. No exceptions on this.




We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund. Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order.

Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Please send products back in their original form and packaging. Returned merchandise must be received within 9 days from the date the return authorization was issued.

Please note that these products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized items, wrappers, all candy, clearance, handmade items and special order items.

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us with 3 days. NO refunds will be given after 16 days of payment.
